Upgrade policy

When you purchase a Vita Voom product, you're entitled to receive free updates of the product for 1 year (12 months).
After that period, you can upgrade your product with a special 50% discount, if its for the same company, and same kind of license.

Support

Any products from Vita Voom Software comes with 1 year of standard support (the same as the license period). This means support through email and/or newsgroups.
We will try our best to answer any questions regarding our products, but limited to them. We are studying the possibility of having a premier support system where the answers and priority and we might also be helping in other areas non-specific to the Vita Voom products (but related to them of course).
