pgExpress Driver

The pgExpress Driver © dbExpress Driver is a Borland/Codegear/Embarcadero Kylix/Delphi/C++Builder Driver that directly accesses PostgreSQL 7.X-8.4+ databases: no ODBC layer is needed.

It was the first dbExpress driver in the world to access a third-party/SQL server, and, as far as we know, the first developed using Borland Delphi.
